In recognition of his experience in international arbitration, on 17 November 2021, Mark Colthart was appointed as a Fellow of The Australian Centre for International Commercial Arbitration (ACICA) and to its panel of arbitrators.
ACICA is Australia’s leading international dispute resolution body and is active in international and domestic arbitration and mediation. Established in 1985, its objective is to promote and facilitate the efficient resolution of commercial disputes in Australia and internationally by arbitration, with the aim of delivering expediency and neutrality of process, enforceability of outcomes and commercial privacy to parties in dispute.
Mark is one of only two arbitrators in practice in New Zealand admitted as a Fellow of ACICA.
